Booking your exams
How to schedule your GED test
Once you're ready, you book your exams yourself — one subject at a time, or up to all four at once — at an official test centre or online with a proctor. Here's exactly how, plus how it works from Pakistan.

When your preparation is where it needs to be, scheduling is straightforward. You can book a single subject or several at once, and you sit the test either at an official GED test centre or online through remote proctoring. If you need a testing accommodation, request it before you schedule.
The scheduling steps
- Log in to your GED account. Sign in to your account in the official GED system.
- Choose test centre or online proctoring. Decide whether you'll sit the test at an official GED test centre or online with a remote proctor.
- Select your subjects. Pick which of the four subjects you're booking — one at a time, or up to all four at once.
- Pick a day and time. Choose a slot that suits you.
- Pay online. Pay for the test online with a credit or debit card.
Test centre or online proctoring?
At a test centre, you sit the exam at an official, invigilated venue. With online proctoring, you test from a suitable location while a remote proctor supervises. You choose which when you schedule — and if you're in Pakistan, we'll help you confirm which option genuinely applies to you rather than assuming the default.
Paying for the test
You pay online with a credit or debit card at the time you schedule. If card payment is a hurdle, don't improvise — tell us and we'll help you find a workable route. (Some of the payment work-arounds you'll see on international guides are US-only and don't apply here.) The exam fee is separate from KINDL's tuition — see the fees page for the verified figures.
Test accommodations
Access to the GED for individuals with disabilities is taken seriously. Accommodations are individualised and decided case by case, and — importantly — you request one before scheduling your test, not afterwards. If this applies to you, start the request early so it doesn't hold up your booking.
Scheduling from Pakistan
The scheduling system and the test-centre locator above are the official GED and Pearson VUE tools. Some of what they show (locations, some payment options) is geared to the US, so the right choice for a student in Pakistan is often online proctoring or a specific authorised centre — which is exactly the kind of thing we confirm with you rather than leave to guesswork. Before you test, it's also worth a look at the exam rules & test-security page. Not sure where to start? Read the full registration walkthrough, or book a call and we'll get each subject booked with you.
